【摘要】 對圓錐破碎機潤滑系統中運動部件普遍存在的密封問題進行了探討,提出了采用機械密封取代橡膠密封的改造措施;有效地解決了橡膠密封件受壓變形、潤滑油泄漏及被污染的問題。實踐證明,機械密封消除了因潤滑系統中運動部件密封問題而出現的常見故障,提高了生產作業率,降低了生產成本,為連續穩定生產取得良好的經濟技術指標創造了條件。
【英文摘要】 The paper discussed the seal problem of moving elements in lubrication system of rotary cone crusher,and the idea to replace rubber seal with mechanical seal is put forward.When rubber seal pieces are compressed,lubricating oil may leak and be contaminated.While mechanical seal can prevent the constant faults,raise the production operation rate and manufacturing cost.
